Engaging with customers in unique and memorable ways helps a brand differentiate and has the ability to create positive brand equity when done right.
For SwapClear, I collaborated with an illustrator to combine the elegance of hand drawings with email technology and create custom invitations for premium client events. The sophisticated and unexpected illustrations stand out from the clutter in recipients’ inboxes and these invitations hold together as a system that clients have come to recognize and appreciate.

Texans Field Day
"Texans Field Day" an appreciation event for top energy trading customers and their families in Houston. Guests played on-field drills with members of the Houston Texans football team.
Energy Hotshot
At CME Group, I created a digital event to unite energy traders in December, the quietest trading month of the year. The event was a trivia game that spanned the course of one month (play online 3x/wk) and it gave our sales teams an opportunity to engage with lower tiered accounts, build our database of customers, and postion the NYMEX as an innovative and customer centric exchange. This appealed to the target persona, traders, given their appreciation for gaming and competition. There were multiple touch points including a microsite, emails, post cards, flyers email signatures, posters, prizes & trophies.
