Dynamic Brand/Marketing Strategist

As the second employee for LCH in their New York office, I had the opportunity to build the the brand's presence from the ground up. By bringing in the right agency and developing a thoughtful and strategic marketing plan, I was able to grow market share to 80%. As brand recognition grew, I began building out more interesting web apps and resources for engaging with customers.

At CME, I developed a new marcom strategy for the energy business line and have led successful campaigns to build market share. As the marketing owner for CME's Market Technology vertical (market data, distribution, and front end trading systems) I built out their web presence and official product names. You can see some examples of brand work here.

Customer Experience Innovator

I believe that companies will be the most successful when they build products, services and experiences around their customers. This is more than just knowing the ins and outs of your target segments - it's building products and services specifically around their needs and behaviors.

At Smartling I created a customer retention marketing program - the company's first-ever attempt at such a practice. At CME I led the enterprise-wide project to streamline communications and build a self-service portal allowing customers to manage subscriptions and delivery preferences. I also built a liquidity alert tool for customers. In 2014, I came up with an idea for the fee schedule front end and assembled a team that won first place out of 200+ applications in CME's CX Awards.
